Samdech Techo Hun Sen, also ACC Honorary Founding Chairman, recommended the ACC’s members to carry out their key missions as stated in the agreement in an effective and transparent manner.

Beside national dignitaries, this celebration was also attended by international guests from Bangladesh, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Lao PDR, the Republic of Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Africa, Latin America, North America, Europe, Centrist Democrat International (CDI), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF), International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), etc.

“Today’s gathering is very important to open new page for international cooperation in terms of culture for the interests of humanity in the region and at the location (Cambodia) of confluence of major civilisations in Asia,” underlined the Prime Minister on the occasion.

The ACC was established in 2018 by ICAPP and has representation from more than 350 political parties from 52 countries across the region.
