Press Quick Reaction Unit of Office of the Council of Ministers published 86 pages of White Paper in English version after a short release of Khmer version with the Political Situation in Cambodia “Strengthening the Rule of Law and Liberal Democratic Process”, dated on 10 March 2018.
The book highlighted many Cambodian achievements in the last 20 years.
