Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen elaborates to the participants while he was presiding over the commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the bitter and thorny process to overthrow Pol Pot genocidal regime (Khmer Rouge Regime) held at Koh Thmar in Tunloung commune, Memut district, Thbong Khmum province on June 21, where he and his four other comrades-in-arms fled into Vietnam to seek support and help to liberate the country from the genocidal regime.
