Phnom Penh, October 08, 2019 –Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has urged Chinese entrepreneurs to continue investing in the Kingdom.
The Cambodian Premier made the appeal while receiving here this morning a visiting group of Chinese entrepreneurs, H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, told reporters after the meeting.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen highlighted some potential sectors of Cambodia as well as the good relationship between Cambodia and China, including the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation between the two countries.
On the occasion, the Prime Minister also asked the Chinese side to open more markets for Cambodian agricultural products and explained the reasons of online gambling ban in Cambodia.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his expectation that the existing good cooperation and relations with China will boost the bilateral trade between the two nations to US$10 billion by 2022.
