Phnom Penh, August 30, 2019 –Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, chaired here this morning a weekly plenary cabinet meeting.
According to H.E. Phay Siphan, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Spokesperson of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the meeting will discuss various topics, including the draft construction law, the draft document on the Three-Year Rolling Public Investment Programme 2020-2022, the draft self-assessment report on the Second Review Cycle of the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) in Cambodia.
Besides, the cabinet meeting will discuss the request to submit the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income, and the second protocol on cross border gate determination of the ASEAN Framework Agreement on the Facilitation of Goods in Transit, to the legislative body for approval.
