DPM Hor Namhong Receives a Japanese Minister

AKP, May 09, 2017 —Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hor Namhong has received recently Japan’s Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism H.E. Keiichi Ishii at the Peace Palace here in Phnom Penh.

H.E. Hor Namhong, according to his advisor H.E. Om Sokan, thanked the Government and people of Japan for their continuing support to Cambodia, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and human resource development.

The Cambodian DPM also welcomed the latest move of Japan to establish its consulate in Cambodia’s cultural province of Siem Reap.

H.E. Keiichi Ishii appreciated the warm hospitality by DPM Hor Namhong, adding that his government has invited Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen for a working visit to Japan in a near future.
