His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, bids farewell to well-wishers at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning, prior to his departure for a three-day (Dec. 19-21) State visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The Cambodian monarch was seen off at the airport by Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of the Senate; Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly; Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Royal family members and other senior government officials.
