Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, accompanied by senior government officials, lays wreaths and pays last homage to the late First Vice President of the Senate H.E. Nay Pena who passed away on Sept. 29 afternoon at the age of 74, at the demise’s residence in Phnom Penh this morning.
