On the morning of February 11, 2025, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, during his official visit to Manila from February 10–11, 2025.
At the outset, His Excellency Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. warmly welcomed Samdech Borvor Thipadei and the Cambodian delegation. In response, Samdech Borvor Thipadei expressed his deep gratitude to the President for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him and his delegation.
Both leaders expressed their satisfaction and high appreciation for the strong relations, close cooperation, and long-standing friendship between Cambodia and the Philippines. They also emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral ties and elevating cooperation to new heights.
Discussions focused on enhancing collaboration across key sectors, including trade, investment, business, national defense and security, agriculture, health, culture, education, vocational training, technology, and people-to-people connectivity.
Additionally, both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation within ASEAN and other regional and international frameworks.
