AKP Phnom Penh, September 11, 2018 —Representatives of eight major Chinese companies paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in Nanning, China’s Guangxi province this afternoon, on the sidelines of the 15th ASEAN-China Expo.
According to the Cambodian Premier’s official Facebook page, the eight companies included Xiaomi Corporation, Zhejiang Greely Holding Group, CHINT Group Co., Ltd., Dongming Petrochemical Group, Futong Group Co., Ltd., Hollry Group, ENN Group Holding Limited and China Minseng Investment group. They are listed in All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and have been investing in Cambodia for over a decade in areas of agriculture, port, energy, and hydropower and so on.
On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen reaffirmed the Royal Government of Cambodia’s support to both old and new companies that want to invest in Cambodia and its encouragement to all companies doing business in the Kingdom without discrimination.
