Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Xiong Bo preside over in Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province this morning, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of the national Road No. 11 and Bypass Road with the total length of 96.48 kilometres from Neak Loeung junction with national road No. 1 Prey Veng province to Thnal Totoeung junction with national road No. 7 Thbong Khmum province under the concessional loan from the People’s Republic of China.
