Hor Namhong and other senior government officials as well as Chinese diplomatic members to Cambodia, prior to his departure from Phnom Penh International Airport this afternoon after attending the 2nd Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting and paying an official in the Kingdom of Cambodia (Jan. 10-11).
