Their Majesties Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, and Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, were greeted by Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of Cambodian Red Cross, and other high-ranking government officials, while they were presiding over the Inauguration Ceremony of Information Centre of Kantha Bopha IV Children’s Hospital and the Celebration the 25th Founding Anniversary of Kantha Bopha Children Hospitals held in Phnom Penh this morning.
