Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen holds a bilateral talk with his Lao counterpart H.E. Thongloun Sisoulith to find a solution to the border tension between the two countries, in Vientiane, Laos this morning.
H.E. Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, proposes a toast to Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and other members of the high-level Cambodian delegation, at a luncheon held in Vientiane, Laos on Aug. 12.
