Cambodia Prime Minister Receives a Delegation of Association of Khmer-Chinese

AKP Phnom Penh, February 26, 2018 – Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen received here this morning a delegation of the Association of Khmer-Chinese led by its President Oknha Pung Kheav Se.

H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Assistant to the Cambodian premier, told reporters after the meeting held at the Peace Palace that Oknha Pung Kheav Se, also President of Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC), informed Samdech Techo Hun Sen of the Association’s structure with 18 standing committee members, and 50 members.

Oknha Pung Kheav Se said the Association’s goal is to contribute to the socio-economic development of Cambodia, particularly in the promotion of agriculture and agro-industrial sectors.

For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen briefed the delegation on the general situation of Cambodia as well as the situation in the region and the world.

Samdech Prime Minister encouraged them to further maintain good relations and shared common benefit in Cambodia.
