យោងតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថានៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង០៨:១៥នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (ASEAN Observer Team – Cambodia: AOT-KH) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT KH HOM) ពីសាធារណរដ្ឋហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅតំបន់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ស្ថិតក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ដែលជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកនិងជាសម្បត្តិមនុស្សជាតិទាំងមូលដោយបានទទួលរងការវាយប្រហារបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញ និងការខូចខាតយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុតពីសំណាក់យោធាថៃ។
សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា សំណង់និងស្ថាបត្យកម្មសំខាន់ៗ នៃប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារត្រូវបានទទួលរងផលប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរហើយការខូចខាតទាំងនោះ គឺបណ្តាលមកពីការផ្លោងគ្រាប់ធុនធ្ងន់ម្តងហើយម្តងទៀត និងការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកពីលើអាកាសចេញពីយន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើកនិងយន្តហោះចម្បាំងដែលបានបាញ់សំដៅផ្ទាល់មកលើតំបន់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ដោយចេតនា និងដោយមិនរើសអើង។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ យោធាថៃនៅតែបន្តធ្វើសកម្មភាពទន្រ្ទានមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការដាក់ពង្រាយទូកុងទឺន័រ ការរាយបន្លាលួស ការជីកប្រឡាយ ការធ្វើលេណដ្ឋាន ការធ្វើផ្លូវបេតុងចូលកាន់តែជិតតំបន់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ដែលជាទង្វើររំលោភបំពានលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិនិងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដែលមានស្រាប់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, as well as members of national and international media outlets, as follows:
On Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 08:15 AM, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) coordinated a field visit for the ASEAN Observer Team in Cambodia (AOT-KH), led by the Head of Mission (HOM) from the Philippines, to observe, verify, and report on the situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border in the area of Preah Vihear Temple, Preah Vihear Province—the World Heritage Site and a treasure of humanity that has suffered immense damage from attacks by the Thai military.
It is also worth noting that key structures and architectural features of the Preah Vihear Temple have been severely damaged by repeated heavy artillery shelling and aerial bombardment involving unmanned aerial vehicles and fighter jets, which deliberately and indiscriminately targeted the Preah Vihear Temple area. Moreover, after the ceasefire took effect on December 27, 2025, the Thai military continued to encroach on Cambodian sovereign territory by deploying shipping containers, installing barbed wire, excavating trenches, constructing bunkers, and paving concrete roads closer to the Preah Vihear Temple area. These activities violate international law and existing agreements between the two countries.
The Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia has consistently committed to resolving border issues peacefully and in accordance with international law, existing bilateral mechanisms, conventions, treaties, bilateral agreements currently in force, as well as the mandate of the Cambodia–Thailand Joint Boundary Commission (JBC). Undeniably, achieving lasting peace between our two nations—which would also contribute to peace, stability, and unity within ASEAN—requires genuine and sincere commitment, together with full respect for international law, the ASEAN Charter, and existing treaties and agreements between Cambodia and Thailand.
Cambodia has always provided its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and emphasized the indispensable importance of strengthening the AOT’s role and mandate to conduct on-site inspections to verify and ensure the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire as stipulated in the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) dated December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand dated October 26, 2025, as well as other related agreements aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.
