Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen holds talks with visiting General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) H.E. Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong , at the Peace Palace, Phnom Penh this afternoon.
After that, both leaders preside over the signing ceremony of five cooperation deals.
