His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, lights the victory flame while he was presiding over the celebration of the 66th anniversary of National Independence Day (Nov. 9, 1953-2019) at the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this morning.
