Phnom Penh, October 16, 2019 –The Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Bulgaria today signed three important documents to boost more bilateral cooperation.
The signing ceremony took place under the witness of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and his Bulgarian counterpart H.E. Boyko Borissov, following their bilateral meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The first signed document is the agreement on the economic, scientific, and technical cooperation, the second is the programme for cultural cooperation, and the third is the memorandum of understanding between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of Cambodia and the Diplomatic Institute of Bulgaria.
Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen is on a two-day (Oct. 15-16) official visit in Bulgaria. This is the last country of his Europe visit, after the Czech Republic and Hungary.
