Delegations of different ministries and institutions take turn to lay wreaths and pay homage to His Majesty the late King-Father, Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh), on the seventh year anniversary of his passing away (Oct. 15, 2012 – Oct. 15, 2019), at the Royal Statue, located in a public park, east of the Monument of Independence in Phnom Penh, this morning.
