Phnom Penh, October 03, 2019 –Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has paid separate courtesy visits to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia and Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk.
During the courtesy calls at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh yesterday, Samdech Techo Hun Sen briefed the monarchs on the achievements of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The Premier took the opportunity to hand over to Their Majesties the King and Queen-Mother a golden coin as souvenir and a sample of new banknote of 15,000 Riel (US$3.75), which will be issued soon to mark the 15th anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Coronation Day.
Cambodia is going to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Coronation Day on Oct. 29, 2019.
