Phnom Penh, August 07, 2019 –Cambodia-Sri Lanka Business Forum kicked off here this afternoon under the co-chairmanship of Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and visiting President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka H.E. Maithripala Sirisena.
This forum is a new mechanism to engage businessmen of both nations to further take part in boosting the fields of economy, trade, and culture.
Cambodia always welcomes friendship, solidarity and cooperation with all nations without discrimination.
H.E. Maithripala Sirisena and his spouse arrived in Phnom Penh this morning for a state visit in Cambodia until Aug. 10.
His first visit to the Kingdom will significantly strengthen the bonds of friendship and expand cooperation in economic, trade, tourism and cultural fields between Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
