Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and his spouse, Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen preside over a ceremony to transfer the management of the special schools for deaf or blind children of Krousar Thmey (New Family) Organisation to be under the management of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and to officially inaugurate the National Institute for Special Education, held in Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Phnom Penh this morning.
