AKP, May 12, 2017 —Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen held separate talks with visiting senior officials from Timor-Leste and Japan this morning, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) on ASEAN 2017.
According to H.E. Eang Sophalleth, assistant to the Cambodian premier, the foreign guests included H.E. Akitaka Saiki, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Timor-Leste’s Minister of State, Coordinator of Economic Affairs and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries H.E. Estanislau da Silva.
In the courtesy meetings, they expressed their congratulations to Cambodia as the host country of the WEF on ASEAN 2017 and spoke highly of the progress in relations and cooperation between their respective countries and Cambodia.
For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen thanked the two foreign senior officials for their presence at the WEF on ASEAN.
