Visiting H.E. Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, lays a wreath at the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Monument in Phnom Penh this morning, during his two-day (Feb. 25-26) state visit in Cambodia.
