Wang Wentian operate bulldozers as a symbol while they were presiding over at Sangkat Roluos, Khan Dangkor in Phnom Penh this morning the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of the 3rd ring road with the total length of some 53 kilometres from Sangkat Chaom Chau 3 (National Road No. 4), Khan Pursenchey in Phnom Penh to Kien Svay district (National Road No. 1) in Kandal province under a concessional loan from the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
