AKP Phnom Penh, December 29, 2018 -Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has asked Cambodia and Laos to further promote the cooperation between the two militaries as well as between the two peoples.
This is the main factor for social development, underlined Samdech Techo Hun Sen while receiving here yesterday afternoon at the Peace Palace visiting Lao Defence Minister H.E. Gen. Chansamone Channhalat.
The Lao defence minister conveyed greetings from the Lao leaders to the Cambodian Premier and highly appreciated the progress and development of Cambodia. He informed Samdech Techo Hun Sen of his meeting with Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence to discuss the bilateral cooperation between the two defence ministries, focusing on training, visit and information exchange.
H.E. Gen. Chansamone Channhalat also expressed his congratulations to the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Win-Win policy, which put an end to the civil war in Cambodia and the inauguration of Win-Win Memorial on Dec. 29.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen highly valued the outcome of the talks between Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh and H.E. Gen. Chansamone Channhalat and briefed him on the process of civil war ending thanks to the Win-Win policy.
