AKP Phnom Penh, November 20, 2018 -Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will pay a visit to Lao People’s Democratic Republic in early December.
The upcoming visit was made known during the courtesy meeting here this morning between the Cambodian Premier and newly appointed Lao Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Amphay Kindavong.
The Lao government is ready to welcome Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s visit, affirmed the new Lao diplomat, adding that some documents have already been prepared to be signed on the occasion.
H.E. Amphay Kindavong also pledged to do his best to continue strengthening and expanding the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.
For his part, the Cambodian Prime Minister encouraged both sides to further promote their cooperation in the areas of economy, trade, investment and other sectors, despite their good relations in the diplomatic sector.
Both governments can provide more legal and political coordination in order to ease goods exchange and trade activities between the two peoples, underlined Samdech Techo Hun Sen.
