Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen gives recommendations to a group of Cambodian youths who will participate in the 45th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Programme (SSEAYP) 2018 during their courtesy call on the premier at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
