Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen leaves here this morning to attend the 6th Greater Mekong Sub-region (6th GMS) Summit back-to-back with the 10th Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Summit on Development Triangle Area (10th CLV-DTA), taking place in Hanoi, Vietnam on Mar. 30-31, at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart H.E. Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
