Horinouchi Hidehisa preside over in Battambang city, Battambang province this morning the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of National Road No. 5 Improvement Project from Battambang to Serey Sophorn with the length of 84.74 kilometres under ODA loan from the Government of Japan.
