Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen this morning cuts red ribbon to inaugurate Koh Pen Bridge, the first-ever river crossing bridge built by Cambodian engineers using the national budget, which connects Roka Krom village in Sangkat Sambour Meas, Kampong Cham city to Koh Chas village in Koh Mith commune of Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province.
