AKP Phnom Penh, March 02, 2018 –The Cambodian competent authorities will continue to take legal actions against any politicians or political parties that violate the existing laws, said Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
Addressing at a get-together with some 3,600 medical doctors of Samdech Techo Voluntary Youth Doctor Association (TYDA) here at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre this morning, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said the law enforcement against wrongdoers, both political parties and politicians, are not to destroy democracy, but to rescue democracy and guarantee that no one is killed by anarchic or extremist acts.
On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen reiterated that he will continue to run for the post of Prime Minister for at least another 10 years.
“This is my right and the right of the Cambodian people,” stressed Samdech Techo Hun Sen, adding that he is here to protect the people’s happiness and to make sure that the country will continue to enjoy happiness, peace, and further progress as an independent and sovereign nation.
