His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, and Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, accompanied by Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, and many other senior officials and royal family members, preside over this morning at Veal Preah Merhu in Phnom Penh the launching ceremony of the 1,000-metre-long Krama (scarf) weaving for Guinness World Record.
