Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen cuts red ribbon to inaugurate the nine-storey building of National Cancer Centre and New Maternity named “The Centre Techo Santepheap” at Calmette Hospital, built at a total cost of more than US$23 million.
