H.E. Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, returns home in the night of Jan. 10 after attending the 2nd Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting in Phnom Penh.
The Thai premier was seen off at Phnom Penh International Airport by Cambodia’s Minister of Information H.E. Khieu Kanharith and many other Cambodian senior officials.
