(Khmer) Speech Samdech Techo Hun Sen, presides over the medal presenting to Cambodian Arts Legend Kong Nay who  has been named this year’s recipient of Japan’s Fukuoka Arts and Culture Prize

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, confers medals to Mr. Kong Nay and Mr. Prach Chhuon, both are well-known and Masters of Chapei Dang Veng (a long-necked, stringed instrument) of Cambodia during a Get-Together with Chapei Dang Veng Players and Medal Conferment Ceremony at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
