Press Statement of the Spokesperson of the Royal Government of Cambodia concerning the observation that recently, there have been some Thai individuals who took portraits of the Cambodian high-level leaders, such as Samdech President of the Senate, Samdech Prime Minister, as well as military leaders, and used their portraits for disrespectful purposes such as creating banners where participants would shoot at the portraits to win prizes, as well as displaying the portraits attached to Scarecrows, hitting and insulting with offensive languages publicly.
