On 13 July 2017, H.E. Eva NGUYEN BINH, a new Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Cambodia, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn, at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn expressed his congratulations and welcomed the first female Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Cambodia. This appointment was just one week after the previous Ambassador finished his diplomatic mission in Cambodia. This appointment indicates the attention of the French Government to Cambodia. H.E. Eva NGUYEN BINH mentioned about the relations between the two countries and expressed her appreciation to the outcomes of the recent communal election.
