Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen Reviews the Japanese Royal Guard of Honor

Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen accompanied by his Japanese counterpart H.E. Shinzo Abe, reviews the Japanese Royal Guard of Honor during an official welcoming ceremony in Tokyo, Japan, on Aug. 07 afternoon.

Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Japanese Prime Minister H.E. Shinzo Abe preside over in Tokyo on Aug. 7 afternoon the signing ceremony of two documents on Japanese assistance to Cambodia – a Grant Aid of Yen 3,948 million, approximately US$35 million for the implementation of the Project for Flood Protection and Drainage Improvement in Phnom Penh Capital City (Phase IV), and a Concessional Loan of Yen 23,502 million, approximately US$209 million for implementing the Sihanoukville Port New Container Terminal Development Project.

Japanese Prime Minister H.E. Shinzo Abe (Pic. 1) delivers his remarks while he was hosting a dinner reception in Tokyo on Aug. 07 evening in honor of Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and his accompanied members.

During the dinner party, H.E. Shinzo Abe, also took the rare opportunity to throw a surprise birthday party for Samdech Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen.
