Samdech Thipadei stated that the Royal Government of the 7th legislature of the National Assembly has devised a plan to offer scholarships to train 1.5 million youths, of which 2% to 4% are allocated for heritage skills, enabling Khmer youths to learn traditional Khmer cultural arts skills.
