His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, puts out victory flame at the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh this afternoon to mark the end of the celebration of 67th anniversary of National Independence from France (Nov. 9, 1953-2020).
Senate President Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Deputy Prime Minister Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng, Minister of Interior, and other high-ranking officials as well as representatives of diplomatic corps accredited to Cambodia participated in the ceremony with a crowd of Phnom Penh residents and students in attendance.
