Cambodian Monarch Presides Over Wax Dripping Ceremony to Predict Rainfall Distribution in 2020

His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, presides over a traditional ceremony to predict the rainfall distribution for the coming year (2020) by using drippings of wax from burning candles, organised in the Royal Palace on Nov. 11 night, as part of the second day of the three-day Water Festival celebration in Phnom Penh capital city.
