Phnom Penh, October 02, 2019 –His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia and Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, have returned home from their medical checkup in Beijing, China.
Their Majesty were warmly welcomed upon their arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport this afternoon by National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Senate President Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, and many other high-ranking officials as well as royal family members.
The Cambodian monarchs underwent their routine medical checkup in China since Aug. 26, 2019.
Their Majesties the King and the Queen-Mother always have their medical checkup in Beijing. During their stay in China, they always receive warm hospitality from Chinese medical doctors and leaders.
