Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and visiting Chinese Vice Foreign Minister H.E. Kong Xuanyou, preside over in Kampong Speu province this morning the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the first expressway from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville with the total length of some 190 kilometres under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) form and the grant aid from the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
