Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen disembarks from a special aircraft at Phnom Penh International Airport this afternoon upon he and his accompanied members’ return from attending the 10th Mekong-Japan Summit in Tokyo, Japan and the ASEAN Leaders’ Gathering in Bali, Indonesia from Oct. 6-12.
