Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen shakes hands with Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning, prior to his departure for New York to attend the 73rd Session of the UN General Assembly and its relevant meetings until Sept. 30.
