Horinouchi Hidehisa preside over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Prek Kdam-Thlea Ma’am Section of National Road 5 Improvement Project of 135.21 kilometres long under an ODA loan from the Government of Japan, held in Kampong Chhnang province this morning.
