Horinouchi Hidehisa preside over the Inauguration Ceremony for the Official Use of the Project for Improvement of the National Road No. 1 Stage 4 with the length of 4 kilometres, from Monivong Bridge to Sangkat Veal Sbov in Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh this morning.
