Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen addresses factory and enterprise workers and employees while he was presiding over a get-together with over 14,000 workers and employees from 11 factories and enterprises located at Sangkat Chom Chao, Khan Por Senchey in Phnom Penh this morning.
